Santa Slamma Jamma 3-on-3 Tournament
(hosted by LHC's 2023-24 Varsity & 14Ua boy's teams)

Required - I agree and acknowledge that a refund will only be offered in the event of a lack of division teams or a government mandated lockdown. If either does occur, my refund will have $5.00 deducted to cover credit card transaction fees.

Optional - If the event is canceled, please keep my $100.00 entry fee as a donation towards the Varsity & 14U boys Nationals fund.
