The Lake Houston Conquerors are a competitive sports program. Participating in meets is at the sole discretion of the coach, based on his/her decisions as to what will make the team the most competitive.

2024 Season MEETING & Registration: If you are interested in our track and field program, make plans to attend the meeting on Saturday, January 6, 2024, 4pm-6pm at Northpark Christian Church.  We will be taking uniform orders that evening and will have sample uniforms for the athletes to try on.

 

TRACK TEAM ROSTERS

All interested athletes will be timed for at least 3 running events (those interested in throwing events will be measured) by the 4th practice. The top rated participants (per their assigned age group) will be on the team up to the number of available spaces per roster as listed per age group below:

 

Middle School: ages 11-14 (as of Aug 1, 2023)

• 30 boys & 30 girls per team

• Top 5 throwers can be on the team even if their running times do not make the top 30.

High School: ages 15-18 (as of Aug 1, 2023)

• 20 boys & 20 girls per team

• Top 5 throwers can be on the team even if their running times do not make the top 20.
